杰克·韦尔奇的企业家素质的实证研究

　　摘 要：企业家所具备的素质能力，是整个企业管理工作的灵魂所在，企业家素质是指作为企业的领导者的企业家要管理好企业应具备的素质。成功企业家是具备多项优秀素质，能够在企业出现问题做出有效行为的企业家。成功企业家的行为有：塑造企业文化，留住人才，随时做出评价，搞员工调查，重塑失败者的自信心，有张有弛的管理。成功企业家的素质：诚信，自信，有热情，冒险精神，不拘于礼仪和规则，开放交流，对企业的影响力。中国企业家应具备的素质：诚信，自信，有热情，开放交流和对企业的影响力等素质。

　　 The ability of the entrepreneur must hxdye, is the soul of the enterprise managing the work, the entrepreneur character is pointing to the ability which the entrepreneur want to manage the business enterprise well as a enterprise leader. The successful entrepreneur has much outstanding character and could resolve the problem when the business enterprise was appearing problem. The behxdyior of the successful entrepreneur: mold the business culture, stay to live the talented person, do out the evaluation at any time, make the employee investigation, mold the self-confidence of the loser again, manage the business well. The ability of the successful entrepreneur: honesty, self-confidence, enthusiasm, adventurous spirit, disregard to the rigid rule, exchange, influence on enterprise. The ability of the Chinese entrepreneur: honesty, self-confidence, enthusiasm, exchange, influence on enterprise.
