论民主化村级治理的村庄基础

内容提要：作为一种治理制度，村民自治制度效能的村庄基础十分重要。从理论上讲，在社会关联度低的村庄，民主化村级治理的效能较低，而在社会关联度高的村庄，传统制度也可能具有较高的效能。村民自治制度是一种能够创造出村庄秩序巨大可能性的良好制度，但若不注意到村民自治制度对村庄基础的依赖，将难以理解村民自治制度在不同地区不同的实践后果。

Exploring on the village’s configuration of villager’s democratic governance

Abstract 

It is very important to explore the village structure of institution of villager’s self-governance when we study the efficacy of its capabilities. We find that the efficacy of villager’s self-governance is limited if village’s social integration is lower, while the capabilities of the democratic governance is great if village’s social integration is higher. The villager’s self-governance is a good institution that may bring out village order, anyway, if we ignore its dependence on the village configuration, we can hardly understand the practical effect of this institution in  different regions.
