复方枸橼酸阿尔维林合用四磨汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效评价

    ［摘要］  目的  为观察复方枸橼酸阿尔维林合用四磨汤治疗肠易激综合征的近期疗效。方法  采用随机对照方法，将90例IBS病人随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)，15天观察疗效。结果  治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为57.8％和96.6％，对照组则分别为26.7％和66.6％，差异非常显著性。结论  复方枸橼酸阿尔维林合用四磨汤可以有效缓解腹泻型IBS病人的临床症状，近期疗效明显。

      Evaluation on clinical therapeutic effect of meteospasmyl and simo decoction on irritable bowel syndrome

       ［Abstract］  Objective  To observe clinical therapeutic effect of meteospasmyl and simo decoction on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods  90 cases of IBS were randomly divided into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases. The treatment group were treated with meteospasmyl and simo decoction,and the control group with nisedipine and diphenoxylate.They were treated for 15 days. Results  The total effective rate was 96.6% and 66.6%.The efficacy of the treatment group was more better than the control group. Conclusion  Meteospasmyl and simo decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on IBS,it could be tried clinically.

    肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome，IBS)是指慢性反复发作的以肠道运动障碍为主，不能用解剖结构异常解释的肠道综合征，即排除了器质性病变的肠道功能紊乱。临床上表现为便秘腹痛腹泻大便紧迫或不尽感交替性腹泻便秘腹胀腹鸣矢气或黏液样便，在近6个月中症状至少持续3个月以上。IBS病人约占消化内科门诊病人的20％左右，男女之比约为1∶2，青壮年居多。IBS在临床上主要类型包括便秘为主型和腹泻为主型［1］。我们在对门诊以腹泻为主型的病人治疗中，采
