西酞普兰联合奎硫平治疗女性抑郁症对照研究

　　【摘要】 目的  探讨西酞普兰联合小剂量奎硫平治疗女性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。 方法  将58例女性抑郁症患者随机分为两组，研究组给予西酞普兰+奎硫平治疗，对照组单用西酞普兰治疗，疗程均为8w。采用汉密顿抑郁量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副作用量表评定不良反应。 结果  治疗8w末两组汉密顿抑郁量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评分均显著性下降（P＜0.01），研究组起效快，显效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组不良反应均较轻微。 结论  西酞普兰联合小剂量奎硫平治疗女性抑郁症起效快，疗效肯定，安全性高，依从性好。

　　A control study of citalopram combined with quetiapine in the treatment of female depression  

　　【Abstract】 Objective  To explore the effectiveness of citalopram combined with smalldose quetiapine in the treatment of female depression. Methods  58 female patients were randomly assigned into research group (citalopram combined with smalldose quetiapine) and control group (citalopram alone) for 8 weeks. The efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results  After 8week treatment, scores of the HAMD and  HAMA of both the two groups significantly reduced (P<0.01); compared with control group,research group took effect more quickly and its effectual rate was higher(P<0.05) .Side reactions of both the 2 groups were mild.
