国产阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

　　【摘要】 目的  探讨国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。 方法  将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各60例，研究组给予阿立哌唑治疗，对照组给予利培酮治疗，疗程8 w。采用潘氏量表、临床总体印象量表及副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。 结果  研究组总有效率73.3%，对照组91.7%，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗2 w末两组潘氏量表评分均较治疗前有显著性下降（P<0.05），4 w末起均有极显著性下降（P<0.01），同期组间潘氏量表评分有显著或极显著性差异（P<0.05或0.01）。2 w末起临床总体印象量表评分对照组较研究组下降明显，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。两组不良反应评分无显著性差异（P＞0.05），但不良反应表现存有异同。 结论  国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效显著、安全、经济，疗效虽然稍逊于利培酮，但对临床选择用药具有一定的借鉴作用。

　　Control studies of domestic aripiprazole vs. risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

　　【Abstract】 Objective  To explore the curative effects and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods  120 schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole group (n=60) and risperidone group (n=60) for 8 weeks. Clinical curative effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI), and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS). Results  Total effective rates were 73.3% of the aripiprazole group and 91.7% of the risperidone group respectively, which showed significant difference(P<0.05).
