Dualwavelength ratio spectrophotometry for determination of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 in compound Yikangning tablets
【Abstract】 AIM: To establish dual-wavelength ratio spectrophotometry for determination of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 in compound Yikangning tablets. METHODS: The ratio spectra was determined and the wavelength pair were selected at the peak point or valley point of ratio spectra , to eliminate the interference of other components. RESULTS: Linearity between the absorbance and concentration of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 was obtained in the range of 5.0-50.0 mg/L under the optimum conditions . The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 were 99.5%, 1.2% and 98.3%, 0.8%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method was simple , rapid and reproducible , the interference of two components on each other may be eliminated and the results were satisfactory.

【摘要】 目的:建立复方益康宁片中盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的双波长比值光谱测定法. 方法:绘制盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的比值光谱,选择其峰点或谷点作为测定波长对有效地消除共存组分的干扰,以实现对被测组分的准确测定. 结果:在选定的实验条件下,盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6在5.0~50.0 mg/L范围线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.5%, 98.3%和相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.2%, 0.8%. 结论:该方法
