【摘要】 目的 研究人正常胃黏膜及黏膜下层组织对532nm和1064nm波长的KTP/Nd:YAG激光的光学特性及其对不同波长的激光的光学特性差异。方法 实验采用激光斜入射式空间分辨反射光和CCD探测器以及非线性拟合确定组织光学特性。结果 正常人胃黏膜/黏膜下层组织对1064nm的激光的吸收系数(0.145±0.004)mm-1明显地较其对532nm的激光的吸收系数(0.314±0.008) mm-1要小(P<0.05),组织样品对1064nm的激光的约化散射系数(0.713±0.019)mm-1明显地较其对532nm的激光的约化散射系数(1.49±0.04)mm-1要小(P<0.05),组织样品对1064 nm的激光的光学穿透深度(1.73±0.05)mm明显地较其对532 nm的激光的光学穿透深度(0.814±0.021)mm要大(P<0.05),组织样品对1064nm的激光的漫射系数(0.436±0.011)mm明显地较其对532 nm的激光的漫射系数(0.208±0.006)mm要大(P<0.05)。结论 正常人胃黏膜/黏膜下层组织对1064 nm的激光的吸收系数与其对532 nm的激光的吸收系数的差异为53.8%,其对1064 nm的激光的约化散射系数与其对532 nm的激光的约化散射系数的差异为52.2%,其对1064 nm的激光的光学穿透深度与其对532 nm的激光的光学穿透深度的差异为113%,其对1064 nm的激光的漫射系数与其对532 nm的激光的漫射系数的差异为110%。

Noninvasive measurements for differences in optical properties of stomach tissues at KTP/Nd:YAG laser using optical methods
