［摘要］ 目的 探讨严重复杂断肢患者再植术的护理方法。
方法 对11例严重复杂断肢患者进行维持有效循环、离断肢体正确保存、术后生命体征监测、血循环监测、心理、疼痛及康复护理。
结果 除2例3肢因挫伤严重改行残端修复术外，其余均再植成功。
结论 及时有效的救治和护理可以挽救生命、接活肢体、降低伤残程度。

Nursing of 11 patients after limb replantation ［Abstract］ Objective To explore nursing methods for limbreplantation patients.
Methods To take measures of maintaining effective circulation corrective ampatated limb preservation and vital signs monitoring and psychological and pain free and rehabilitation nursing for 11 cases of severe limb amputated patients.
Results All except 2 cases with 3 limb were carried out amputation operation survived with successful limb replantation.
Conclusion effective emergent treatment and nursing could save lives and make limb replantation successful and decrease morbidity.

严重复杂断肢是指机体遭受创伤致一肢或多肢完全离断，伴有血管、神经、肌腱损伤且断端挫伤严重，同时有出血性休克及身体其他部位的损伤，常见于车祸、工伤，来势凶猛、没有预见性。及时有效地救治和护理可以挽救生命、接活肢体、降低伤残程度。2000~2005年我院对11例严重断肢患者实施断肢再植术，3肢因挫伤严重在行清创后肢体长度缩短>10 cm，失去再植意义改行残端修复术，其他9肢经再植全部成活，疗效满意，现报告如下。
