云克治疗银屑病性关节炎放射性核素骨骼显像随访研究

【摘要】  目的  银屑病性关节炎采用放射性核素骨骼显像剂99mTc-MDP显像半定量方法分析“云克”治疗后20周的临床疗效价值。方法  诊断明确的17例银屑病性关节炎患者在“云克”治疗前和治疗后20周进行同位素99mTc-MDP骨显像、X线关节摄片、血液CRP、血沉及症状进行综合随访分析。根据疗效分为显效组、有效组和无效组。结果  经“云克”治疗的17例银屑病性关节炎患者的治疗前后比较99mTc-MDP骨显像半定量数值、血沉、血液CRP检查值变化和X线关节摄片的结果：显效组分别下降17.60%、52.92%、70.26%。有效组分别下降7.62%、39.66%、27.38%。X线关节摄片提示软组织水肿不同程度消退。结论  试验结果显示同位素99mTc-MDP骨骼显像能敏感地反映银屑病性关节炎的关节骨质代谢的变化，经治疗半年以上的病变骨组织的骨代谢疗效分析有很好的临床指导作用。
