树突状细胞和VEGF在膀胱癌中的表达及其意义

【摘要】  目的   探讨人类膀胱癌组织中树突状细胞(dendritic cell，DC)、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达及其意义。方法  应用免疫组化（S-P）法，检测45例人类膀胱癌组织中DC和VEGF的表达情况。结果  膀胱癌的临床分期和病理分级与DC的浸润程度呈负相关（P<0.05）；与VEGF的表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）。DC在癌组织中的表达与VEGF呈负相关（P＜0.01）。 结论  DC和VEGF的表达可以作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度和预后的参考指标，VEGF可以抑制DC在肿瘤组织中的浸润，从而导致肿瘤细胞逃脱机体的免疫监视。

    【Abstract】  Objective  To study the expression and significance of dendritic cells and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human bladder cancer.Methods  The expressions of S-100+DC and VEGF in 45 cases of bladder cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry using streptavidin/peroxidase(SP).Results  The clinical stage and histological grade of bladder cancer was inversely correlated with the number of S-100+DC（P＜0.05）；but positively correlated with the expression of VEGF（P＜0.05）； The expression of VEGF was significantly lower in samples with highly infiltrating S-100+DC（P＜0.01）.Conclusion  The expression of DC and VEGF could be viewed as a valuable index in judging the malignant degree and prognosis of bladder cancer， VEGF could inhibit the infiltration of DC in bladder cancer.
