还原型谷胱甘肽治疗LC术前结石性胆囊炎合并肝功能不良临床观察

   胡思安，周 程，阮 剑，龚 昭                                                                                           【摘要】   目的   探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）前结石性胆囊炎合并肝功能不良的疗效。方法   选择60例胆囊结石患者随机分成2组：A组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗（绿汀诺治疗）；B组为对照组（采用其他护肝药物治疗）。于治疗前及治疗后第5天采取患者外周静脉血测定ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL。结果   A组患者治疗后第5天肝功能各指标：ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL较B组降低且差异有非常显著性（P<0.01）；A组患者平均住院时间较B组明显缩短（P<0.01）。结论   还原型谷胱甘肽治疗结石性胆囊炎合并肝功能不良疗效显著。
