【摘要】 GCLE是合成头孢类抗生素的一种重要的中间体,3(氯甲基)2(3苯乙酰胺4硫代苯磺酰2β丙内酰胺1基)3丁烯酸对甲氧基苄酯经过一步反应即可得到GCLE。本文以自制3甲基2(3苯乙酰胺4硫代苯磺酰2β丙内酰胺1基)3丁烯酸对甲氧基苄酯为原料,采用电解法得到目标产品。通过元素分析、IR对其结构进行表征,并用HPLC测定其含量。结果显示,此法合成GCLE工艺简单,收率高。

Synthesis and characterization of chlorinatedβlactam dervatives
ABSTRACT Chlorinatedβlactam dervatives are important intermediates in the manufacture of cephalosporin. This paper describes the procedure of chlorinatedβlactam dervative (pmethoxybenzyl 2(3phenylacetamido4phenylsulfonylthio2βlactam2en1yl) 3chloromethyl3butenoate with βlactam dervative pmethoxybenzyl 2(3phenylacetamido4phenylsulfonylthio2βlactam2en1yl) 3methyl3butenoate via electrolysis. The product was characterized by IR and elemental analysis and assayed by HPLC. The preparation procedure is efficient and with high yields.
