炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液佐治小婴儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

　　［摘要］ 目的：探讨炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液佐治小婴儿重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选择住院的重症急性毛细支气管炎患儿80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组使用炎琥宁10 mg/(kg・d)、复方丹参2～4 mL/d静脉滴注；对照组采用利巴韦林10～15 mg/(kg・d)静脉滴注，比较治疗后两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率90.0%；对照组总有效率70.0%；两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：炎琥宁、复方丹参注射液治疗重症小婴儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切，未见明显不良反应。

　　Observation of the effects of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection on infants with sever bronchiolitis

　　［Abstract］ Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltiorrhiza Co injection on infants with severe bronchiolitis.  Methods: 80 cases of infants with severe bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the treatment group was given dehydroandrographolide succinate (10 mg/kg daily) and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection (2～4 mL daily) while the control group was given ribavirin (10～15 mg/kg daily) for intravenous infusion. The curative effects of these two groups were compared. Results: The total effective ratio was 90.0% in the treatment group, significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The using of dehydroandrographolide succinate and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. injection is effctive and safe without obvious side effect in treating infant
