清开灵注射液对进行期寻常型银屑病患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞的影响

 【摘要】  目的  明确进行期寻常型银屑病患者外周血T细胞及亚群是否存在异常；探讨进行期寻常型银屑病患者清开灵注射液治疗前后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞变化情况。 方法  40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组予清开灵注射液1ml/kg加入5％GS 250～500ml（糖尿病患者改用生理盐水）中静滴，每日1次；内服中药汤剂“土槐饮”（加减），1剂/d，分2次服；“加味黄芩膏”外用，2次/d。对照组予中药汤剂“土槐饮”（加减）内服及“加味黄芩膏”外用。治疗4周观察2组的疗效。治疗开始和治疗结束检测患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞。选择门诊健康体检者20例作为健康对照组。结果  2组在PASI积分、痊愈率、显效率、总有效率方面差异无显著性(P＞0.05)，在CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞以及CD4+／CD8+改善方面治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论  清开灵注射液对进行期寻常型银屑病疗效肯定，其在改善症状的同时亦能纠正患者外周血T细胞及其亚群的失衡状态。

    Effect of Qingkailing injection on CD3+，CD4+ and CD8+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with development psoriasis vulgaris

   

    【Abstract】  Objective  To definite the changes of CD3+，CD4+，CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood of patients with development psoriasis vulgaris （PV）.To investigate effect of Qingkailing injection on CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood of patients with PV.Methods  40 cases of PV were observed，20 cases were chosen randomly as treating group and the others  as control group.20 cases were chosen randomly from the healthy persons as confnols.Patients of the treating group injected with Qingkailin Injection (1ml/kg adding into 5%GS 500ml，once a day);and orally took Tuhuaiyin decoction 200ml，twice a day; and locally applied Jiaweihuangqinga
